I drank a lot of original cokes back in the day. My 2 best friends would come over and while everyone else was partying in highschool we would be at my house hanging out watching movies - while drinking cokes haha. Let’s be honest coke has a lot sugar.. I definitely don’t drink as much coke as I did back then but I never thought I’d drink a diet version. But this new Coke Zero is GREAT. They recently changed their formula and it’s even better. There’s only a a SMALL flavour difference compared to the original. With no sugar and no calories. It’s amazing. It’s the only pop we drink!!

I really like this soda! It taste great and is zero calories. It’s great when I need a little caffeine in the afternoons or when I feel a migraine coming on and need caffeine to help with the pain. In my opinion, Coke Zero tastes just like a “regular” coke- but with zero calories. It’s such a nice, sweet treat without the guilt of all those wasted calories. I get so tired of drinking water ALL THE TIME so it’s fun to treat myself (in moderation). I love that the price is the same as the “regular” coke- I get pretty tired of paying extra $$ for “diet” foods or “low calorie” foods. Highly recommend!

So yes, soda is bad for you, I knowwwww. But sometimes when you’re on a low carb diet and you just want something that isn’t low on taste, it’s so easy to go for a Coke Zero! It tastes like regular Coke, it’s in a black can for the love of all things goth, and it just makes my little heart happy!

I have quit sodas in general for almost a decade but every once in a while if we order out fast foods, i will allow myself this refreshing treat. I dislike regular coke and even more so diet coke. But with coke zero, it's just perfect. It's not overly sweet like regular Coke and doesn't have that gross diet coke aftertaste. Diet sodas are still overall a very poor choice of drinks. So even though this is delicious, i am aware of its health hazards. Life is stressful enough as it is and just pretty depressing if you can't even enjoy some things once in a blue moon. So if you ever feel like you deserve a soda treat, this is a good choice but definitely don't underestimate it. Sometimes i even mix half with plain sparkling water or club soda to maintain the refreshing carbonation but half the sweeteners and additives.
