This thing came in a slender box and we were like what did we just buy. But once we took it out of the package and moved it up stairs (which we bought this because any box spring bigger than a twin couldn’t fit up our stairway) and opened it up, we were super impressed. Folds out to be a regular box spring.

Found this online after visiting several mattress stores. Comes in halves, so it's lighter and easier to set up than a full size box spring. I can take it with me when I move. My last box spring I gave away to a friend when I moved because it was too big to haul.

Purchase for college student apartment. Very sturdy, but one complaint. The box spring arrives folded with the cover partially on. The cover is very thin, so it must be handled with extreme caution to not rip it. I found it best to remove the cover from the folded box spring, unfold the box spring and then put the cover on the unfolded box spring.

I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. Its metal with a cover. Snaps into pretty easy too. No complaints about it but I guess I assumed it would be different material: some foam, and wood maybe, I dunno. The pictures are misleading. Again I have no complaints with it. Its firm and sturdy, it does the job, just not what I thought it would be.

I bought this a few weeks ago. So glad I did, I love it. Bought a new mattress set about 2.5 months ago (well, the box spring didn't fit down to my room), and had just been sleeping on mattress ever since. Did some shopping around & ended up back at Sam's Club (placing an online order)...best thing I ever did! This bi-fold queen split box spring is THE BEST!

Not at all what expected based on the pictures on the website. It’s an all metal, folding box spring with a simple zip up fabric cover. I’ll give it a try.

Bought this for our guest bedroom. My parents love it! So comfy! (Said they haven’t snuggled so close together for years, as this was a FULL size and they are used to their KING.)

This box spring came in such a this box, I didn't know how there could be an entire box spring in there. It unfolded and zipped up very easily, and it's sturdy while much easier to handle than a standard box spring.

The metal box springs is ok but getting it out of the box was difficult you do need two people and the cover won't go back on doesn't give you any directions the frame wouldn't fold out so I took it off and it won't go back on can't find a zinus customer service number anywhere !!!!!!!

Bought to get box springs upstairs in a 1910 built home where stairs are steep and narrow. Worked great! Queen size comes with 2 individual boxes. They work well in the metal frame, do not separate or shift at all. Heavier construction than I had thought holding up well so far. With decent mattress seems to make it more comfortable. Happy with purchase.
