Not sure if the healthiest ingredients but it is a soda after all. the cans are convenient for on the go.. perfect serving size for one. The hands are aluminum so they are recyclable which is a plus. Coca-Cola products have been around for a very long time it is a tried and true soda. They come out with many different varieties of Coke products. My favorite is the cherry Coca-Cola. Well definitely purchase this again when I am in the mood for soda.
