Shipping box wasn't too big to handle and the bifold design is great for getting down hallways or any tighter space. The inner construction is solid, the cover is nice, and set up is easy. Nice product.

This two piece box spring is convenient. I was able to open the box and carry it into the house myself. It will make moving a little easier too. Great price for what seems to be a pretty well made product.

I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. Its metal with a cover. Snaps into pretty easy too. No complaints about it but I guess I assumed it would be different material: some foam, and wood maybe, I dunno. The pictures are misleading. Again I have no complaints with it. Its firm and sturdy, it does the job, just not what I thought it would be.

This was just what we were looking for. We have a very small twisting stair case and cannot get a standard queen box spring up. This fit like a dream. Carried it right up the stairs. It was relatively light and easy to maneuver. Once we got it upstairs, it took us longer to get it out of the box than it did to set it up. Just unfold it and Boom! Your done. What a brilliant product!

Needed a bed in guest room. Bought the mattress and frame and box springs. The mattress is quite firm when you first try it out. But you are soon asleep. For me that was awesome because I don't sleep much. Didn't wake up til I had to. A new experience for me. It was all so easy to assemble too. Price better than conventional sets.

This came with the mattress and I was excited because I got it for a good price. However this boxspring does not hold up the sides of the mattress well. the whole bed is slanted on all the edges. I now have to throw it away and get a regular boxspring. Not happy! I would have purchased a different mattress if I had known this boxspring would not have worked.

I was lucky to be able to sell this right away to someone who needs to get it up to the 2nd floor of their house. Otherwise I would have returned it. With the Night Therapy frame this is not needed. I need storage under the bed so bought the 13" frame. By the time I put this on the frame, then the mattress on the box spring the bed was just waaayyyyyyyy too high. My fault because I didn't put together the measurements which ended up equaling appx. 36-inches high.

I bought this a few weeks ago. So glad I did, I love it. Bought a new mattress set about 2.5 months ago (well, the box spring didn't fit down to my room), and had just been sleeping on mattress ever since. Did some shopping around & ended up back at Sam's Club (placing an online order)...best thing I ever did! This bi-fold queen split box spring is THE BEST!

We were totally skeptical about this product, but had no choice since our vehicles would not allow the size of a box spring in their cargo area. We ordered it and were gladly and utterly surprised at its quality. It went just as described and have now convinced our son to order one for his home as well. Thanks for providing products that fit their description and function.

This thing came in a slender box and we were like what did we just buy. But once we took it out of the package and moved it up stairs (which we bought this because any box spring bigger than a twin couldn’t fit up our stairway) and opened it up, we were super impressed. Folds out to be a regular box spring.
