I bought this mattress for daughter and she loves the mattress . I Have Laid on the mattress and it was great.

box was a little besmirched but all seems good...directions could be better...nobody bleeding so good for us..

Not happy with the box spring, ordered a low profile but got a 9" instead plus it came a month later after I got the mattress not happy about anything with ordering on line.

THE WHITE COVERING IS NOT REMOVABLE SO IT LOOKS LIKE A BOX SPRING MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR AS OPPOSED TO A METAL FOUNDATION. FOR ME IT WORKS FOR NOW, BUT I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A PLATFORM FOR THE MATTRESS

I just received my 5 in bifold full size box spring, however I’m now realizing its 1 inch smaller on both ends than the mattress I was going to order. I am having a hard time finding a mattress the same size. Will the extra inch on my mattress look and feel right? Not sure why the dimension's are off. I would think a full size boxspring would be the same dimensions as a full size mattress?

I love this box spring! I got the 4” for my queen bed and it’s much quieter than the bunkie board I was using before. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t make a sound. My bed is much for stable and comfortable because of it. I will be replacing my son’ bunkie board with a Zinus box spring within the next few weeks. Assembly (or lack thereof) was also a breeze - simply unfold and place the cover on!

I was especially surprised that both split-king box springs came in one box. The bed frame was easy to put together and the box springs were even easier to unfold. I find myself going to bed early every night now that I have my new bed. Thank you Zinus!

Im just waiting for the week to be up so I can try to get another one sent. My 12 inch pressure relief green tea mattress is 10 inches at best the corners are curled up and the smell is nauseating. I have aired it out as best as I can but the smell is still there. I have to change my sheets every day cause it sticks to them. My whole room smells sickening. I'd like to give it another try and fingers crossed I can get the one that other people have reviewed with no or little smell and original shape and size..

It unfolds easy but no instruction how to fold back up. I am returning because it is not exactly box springs. I bought the twin size. It just gets the mattress off the floor. I wasn't going to use it for permanent use. Just for grandchildren visits and wanted to be able to store it. It was a fail for me but I can see where it can save people money. I just need instructions how to fold it back.
