Best automatic feeder I have used so far the 2 compartment is a game changer!!!!!!!

And I do not regret! This is one of the greatest inventions in my life. Due to my work I could not properly feed my girls in time. With this device, now I can see when they eat, how they eat and how much they eat. Automated feeding is the blessing! For now, I have only 2 proposals: 1. I could not set recommended feeding in Automated Feeding feature. It would be great if the app allowed me to do that. Also, it would be great to set more than 1 pet food type (so I can set more than 1 flavor of the same food). 2. The app UI is too difficult, I could not underst What I can and what I cannot do._x000D_ _x000D_ Also, it would be great if you have some sort of tutorials for owners of 2 cats.

A friend recommended this and I cant say enough wonderful things. Easy to set up and once you get to know your way in the app, you will love it. I love that it allows you to put in the type of food you are giving your pet bc it will then tell you how much they should be getting based on current food/weight/age/breed. My cat no longer has food aggression as having a set schedule and proper amounts keeps him happy and healthy. I also love that it has a camera to easily check when he is eating and how much. Worth every penny.

Honestly, this device is perfect for me. Back up battery operated, the lid and food bucket is all very secured down, the camera is very clear and easy to access. I work extended hours so it's nice knowing I can check in._x000D_ The added feature of highlights/playback is kind of cool but I don't intend to use it unless I'm going to be gone on vacation.

This is an outstanding product that does exactly what it says it does. I buy 4 lb bags of cat food and the Dual-hopper holds all of it with no issues. It uses a pouch of desiccant on the top which keeps the food moisture free and fresh. _x000D_ My cat had an issue where when I put her food down in the morning, I would have to watch her eat as she would go nuts and overeat. 5 minutes later she is getting sick on the floor somewhere. _x000D_ Now I set up this product, and assign small feedplans of 1 serving of one side, then 4 to 6 hours later, it serves another one from the other side. _x000D_ She has access to a small amount of food throughout the day and night, and she has taught herself to eat a bit and move on she knows she can come back, and it is still there. _x000D_ _x000D_ A great product, and one I am very happy I bought.

Camera is nice, but the exact cup dispense function is missing from previous Mint models. The 'portion' size is predefined, and even the smallest '1 portion' setting is too much for my cat, because I feed multiple times a day and don't want to leave any extra food out.

I use to have the petkit mini which was very good. Both were simple to set up once you download the app. I love that you can set a feeding schedule and it had a bunch of cup sizes to choose. This new dual feeder is very cool (two kibbles) however, it does not have the cup sizes like the other. It only says like portion 1,2,3 etc… 1 portion from 1 of the hoppers is already quite big. So I can't even have both come out at the same time to mix because that would be way too much! I'd you have two cats then this would probably work. So I rotate. The company needs to adjust the settings to have the same cup sizes as the mini.

This product has saved me so much time.! Although the cleaning can take quite a while. Its for sure worth it. However if we could link all PETKIT cameras I'm home to PETKIT care plus account/membership. Instead of having to purchase multiple.

I bought 2 dual dispensers with camera , they work excellent, I hope they last for a reasonable time, thanks Petkit.
