Not what I expected with an unpleasant side effect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vitamin is amazing and it is a gummy. My mom is in her 80’s and some types of pills are hard for her to swallow. This gummy format has saved the day in more ways then one. Excellent vitamins that are great for all ages
