Of course, it is difficult to actually know the benefit of a supplement such as this. I can say that I was experiencing palpitations on almost a daily basis, and since taking this supplement, over the last several months I have not experienced any palpitations. Coincidence? Maybe...maybe not.

The convenience and flavor are great! I used to take the liquid form, but wasn't crazy about the taste or it needing refrigeration after opening, which made it hard to travel with. I also like these better than pill form, as i already take quite a few pills already. Plus, with the gummies, you don't need water!

Decent CoQ10. Switched from Sundown which have a similar gummy. Big difference was for the price you get 200mg with 2 gummies but with Qunol its 100mg for 2, 200mg which is what my Doctor prefers is why I may go back to Sundown but these are a tasty and effective CoQ10.

These get a five for taste and a 3.5 for value- need to take four to get recommended daily dose of CoQ10. But since they taste so good I actually, personally, prefer the need to take four. Which of course, makes them a bit pricier. Since there was a great price offer on these I bought a bunch, so a good value for the money at the special price.

Took every day for two weeks. Side effects were upset stomach and diarrhea. I’d like a reimbursement or refund for these please.

I went back when I ran out and bought the same exact product exact bottle and instead of orange it was apple. The gummy’s color was orange but it was apple flavored. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
