Highly recommend

We bought this through Sam’s Club last year. Love it. It has held up beautifully and even handled all the snow we had. Delivered in 2 boxes and they set it close to the garage which made it easier for us to put it together in the backyard. Took my 2 sons and husband about 5 hours (1 being just sorting it all in order) to put it all together except the roof slats. My husband did those the next day. Online directions were step by step and the loved that. There were a couple holes off but not by much. We didn’t use the netting but the hooks were perfect for our patio lights. Highly recommend it. It’s beautiful. (Sorry the upload photos not working)

Beautiful

I researched for a long time before I purchased this gazebo. I can truly say that it is one of the best built products that I have seen. The color is a little more taupe then the picture shows but still blends beautifully with our fence. The guys that I had install it were amazed this is build so well. It is well worth the money to purchase and to pay to install. We had a ceiling fan/light installed and he mounted a brace in the chimney. When my husband ask him if that would be sturdy enough he actually jumped off the ladder and swung on the bar.

Outdoor Zen!

I bought this gazebo in May, 2024. It was easy to assemble and I have had many a party beneath the hardtop! Given that there is a hook hanging from the center ceiling, I hang a light/fan in the hotter months and a light/heater in the cooler months. In addition, I purchased the outdoor bar from Sam's, which is perched nicely in the center of the gazebo. Lastly, I purchased the matching 12 x 14' pergola, which extends off the gazebo. Sitting below the pergola is a sectional and firepit, also from Sam's. Last year's investment into outdoor entertaining was one of the best decisions I ever made!

We love this gazebo!!

My husband is 65 and disabled with COPD and a heart condition with a pacemaker and he was able to put this up by himself. It took him a few days because he can only do so much at a time before getting short of breath and fatigued but said the directions were easy to follow. It arrived in 2 boxes and before he started he laid out every piece before starting and he said that really helped. Every piece was intact and nothing missing. The little "top" on top of the roof really does allow heat to escape. We are so glad we chose this one.

Awesome Gazebo

This was one of the best purchases we've made. It is absolutely beautiful. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have a 10mm socket to put it together and don't tighten everything until the end. Would definitely recommend. To bolt to a deck without access underneath we expanded the 1/4" holes to 1/2" and used heavy-duty TOGGLER brand Toggle Bolts (from Lowes) - Worked very well. All in all very happy with this purchase!

extremely happy

When the 2 large boxes got delivered it was a little intimidating. I read all the reviews and tips and that helped. My wife read directions and my brother and I assembled. Start to finish 8.5 hours with a half hour break all the parts were there and nothing damaged could not be more please. We built it and had to move it over the hot tub. It took 5 adults to move it’s it’s built heavy. We could not be happier. I will repost next spring to let you all know how it handled our big winters. Would absolutely recommend

Not hard to put together, just takes a while.

Very sturdy gazebo/pavilion. It's not hard to put together, just takes a while and the instructions aren't the best. It's hard to see some of the smaller details (like the gutters on the very last step) or when to use washers and when they are not needed. I will say, one complaint I see on here is that holes don't line up. They do, but you have to look at the first line in the instructions -- don't tighten everything down until you're done. If it's not perfectly square and level, some things won't line up if you tighten down all way.

horrible customer service

Horrible

The top box frame was broken which was a bad sign. The roof pieces were bent and a huge chunk was missing paint on one of them. Was on the phone for a long time with customer service. We were lied to by the first CS we talked to. The second one which was a higher up acted like we were lying about the damage refused the 10% discount for us to keep that the first person offered for us not to have to re ship the item. If it comes damaged they will re charge you for it until they receive it which will be weeks. Don’t waste your money or time with the customer service you receive if damaged.

Well built. Relatively Easy to Follow Instructions

My son and I built this in about 8 hours. Everything was pretty smooth except for one of the screws on the top lintel just would not go in smoothly / easily.Tried several different screws hoping it was just a bad screw but none of them would smoothly go in. Seems like what the screw went into might have been treaded incorrectly but only for that one spot. Do NOT try to strong arm the screws to go in. We learned the hard way. Take their recommendation to not tighten everything as you go. We left things loose and then came back through as we were finishing a section and tightened them down. Getting the lintel on top was a bit of a struggle for 2 people. You definitely need two step ladders. The only time we needed 3 people was when we attached the connecting pieces to the legs. We built one side and then the other. When we went to connect the 2 sides we needed the third person. Very spacious and looks great. Best of all .. the carpenter bees won't be destroying this like they have all of the other wood structures we have had. If anyone has a recommendation on a ceiling fan to use with this we would love to know what you chose.
