Being on the tall side, this chair is a Perfect Fit! as most chairs don't fit my knee to fit and have to bend either back or forward. This is a major relief to sit with my legs at 90 degrees like needed for comfort.

One part did not fit during assembly. I had to drill a bigger hole in a metal plate in order to get it to fit. Not as comfortable as the chair it replaced. Poor lower back support.

This is my second chair by this vendor. Previous chair was much better quality - this is good but not great, feels a little more flimsy. Very comfortable chair overall. Padding is WAY better then most chairs.

Purchased this chair for my husband, he works from home. He needed a high back on a chair because he has some neck issues. He found the chair very comfortable and has not had any problems with his neck.

It looks nice. Rolls easily. Adjustment up & down is smooth. Seat cushion is comfortable but there is no tilt adjustment and no back adjustment knob. I’m 5’7” 220 lbs and feel like the back isn’t up straight enough. When I lean back to relax I slide forward in the slippery seat.

I was having back trouble at my place of employment because of broken down old chairs. I came acroos the office chair and it is the best purchase I have done to date. Delivered on time, Exceptional product, and through Sam's Club it was a no brainer !!! Thanks Sams Club

Easy to put together and comfortable too. My previous chair was falling apart and I cannot believe the difference this has already made. I tried all of the chairs at Sam's Club and then had to order this for the color. Considering how tall I am this chair fits me perfectly.

I ordered La-Z Boy Chair 11//22/2020. The chair did not come on the estimated date of 12/27/2020. Sam's said it was still in the warehouse. It was reordered and it came on time the second time. As I was installing the chair together, I noticed that the clip that holds the left top arm rest was broken.

This is a prettychair that was poorly engieered: it as a fatal flaw, the attachment points of the tilt up backrest are not anchored securily to the backfrae. The back is loosening more and more every dayyand I have had thee chair fr less tan a month.

The chair is very comfortable, the only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because once you put the chair on the wheels you can't get it off again. The plastic coverings that go on the post of the pedestal will forever remain on top of my desk as a reminder to carefully read the instructions.
