I started taking this supplement once a day in the mornings. I was skeptical that it would taste like mushrooms, but these taste delicious, like mango and pineapple! They have a solid texture, not like a gummy bear. I have noticed that while taking these, I have not experienced the post-lunch lull and tiredness that I used to experience. If you are looking for a natural supplement that tastes good and promotes increased energy, then I would recommend these.

I absolutely love this product. I take it in the morning as directed and it give me energy to make it thru the day. The taste of the gummy is a dry fruity taste. Upon first taking it I noticed increased energy after only 2 days. I reacted to this supplement very well. I never get tired during the day any longer. I used to get tired mid day and when I don’t take it I most definitely notice the difference. I have complete concentration and focus when I’m at work and my attention to detail is now optimal.

The gummies have an overwhelming sweetness to them and somewhat grainy texture. They’re just a little too sweet for my liking. I didn’t really notice any difference with athletic performance or stamina, however I have only been taking the supplement for just about a week, so that is tbd.

The Fungies Cordyceps Mushroom Gummies have a great flavor of mango and pineapple and are easy to chew. It says it supports healthy immune function and combats fatigue. There is cane sugar in these gummies so that may help with the energy boost. They taste great so it is a good way to get Cordyceps mushrooms without cooking a steak.

For the past two weeks I have been taking one of these gummies in the morning. I’m not a morning person and am normally groggy for a while after waking. I ate 1 every morning for 2 weeks, stopped taking them for a week, and then resumed taking them. The reason I rated 4 out of 5 is because I really did not notice a difference. The label says "MAY support endurance, energy, and performance." The definitely do not over promise anything.

I will be interested in seeing if any other benefits come from taking this supplement. It claims that it will help with immunity, and when I did research, it stated it also helps with diabetes.
