The bottle says "MAY support endurance, energy, and performance". The product contains a VERY small amount of a mushroom extract (50 mg) and then is flavored with mango and pineapple. A review of the primary ingredients suggests that these are basically a Mango/Pineapple gummy candy, which is what they taste like. As a gummy candy they are a fine products, but I can't imagine them at 15 calories per piece being a part of my goals of supporting endurance, energy and performance.

Fungies gummies have a cute shape and the mango pineapple flavor tastes good without any aftertaste. The ingredients are sugar heavy containing three different types of sugar. The label states may support endurance, energy, and performance. I have not noticed any difference after taking it for almost two weeks.

They are not sugar coated. Can't say about energy level as I've been taking it just for a week or so. But i definitely kept alert. Overall only time will tell whether they are as effective ad desc. I’ve taken these gummies for about a week. They taste good and aren’t too hard to chew. I’ve had issues with vitamins hurting my stomach before, and these gummies do not do that. I cannot say that I’ve noticed a clear difference in energy levels over the past week, but I may just need to take them longer.

These energy gummies give me about three hours of energy! They taste great and have a good texture. The gummies do not stick together and roll out of the bottle in singles. My only complaint is that the label is hard to read with the small point size and yellow background.
