But the gummies are a delicious treat every morning so I’m willing to try another month. The mango flavor is the best supplement flavoring I believe I’ve ever tasted.

My dad end up taking a nap. I see vegetable oil used in this product. I would recommend using coconut oil.

I was impressed that the gummies are vegan which was a big selling point for me. It is only one gummy per day and the jar comes with 30. I don't need it every day, but I thought it would be nice to have them for a boost on low energy days. The flavor was mild and not too sweet or medicinal. It was quite pleasant. I found that I did have more energy without feeling jittery like I had too much caffeine. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely try the other versions.
