I was impressed that the gummies are vegan which was a big selling point for me. It is only one gummy per day and the jar comes with 30. I don't need it every day, but I thought it would be nice to have them for a boost on low energy days. The flavor was mild and not too sweet or medicinal. It was quite pleasant. I found that I did have more energy without feeling jittery like I had too much caffeine. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely try the other versions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 2 different types, since the deal was buy 1 get 1 free. Cordyceps and Lions Mane 30ct. They both have 6% DV sugar, so that's 12% together, (or a whopping 18% if you take all 3 they offer) The amount of the active ingredients is very lacking. Cordyceps 50mg(1-3g suggested dosage is 1/20-1/60 of a dose). Lions Mane is a little bit better coming in at 500mg (1g suggested, so 1/2 dose) I have given it 1 star because there are better products (better dosage, less sugar, more capsules) that are cheaper, and sugar is a poison so why would you want to take almost 20% of your intake when you take your supplements.
