This used to be a nice, pleasant fragrance. Now, it is one of the most toxic, unpleasant, disgusting, even nauseating scents you will ever experience. If you have a discerning sense of smell, you will not be able to keep this new fragrance in the diffuser for longer than three minutes, and even then, you may have caused a longer-lasting disaster than you bargained for. The kicker is the new label on the box that says, "New! Smells Amazingly Natural!" Oh, my gosh, what a stretch. This takes the record for the most un-natural fragrance I have ever experienced. Think of an awful, concentrated cleaning fluid, combined with poisonous fireproofing chemicals, and this new fragrance might even be worse. This is so bad, it had to be intentional. No one that wanted satisfied and/or repeat customers would EVER put out a product like this, especially after ALL the reviews are the worst possible. What an insult. I will NEVER trust an Air Wick product again.

I love air wick brands the scent as my whole entire bedroom smelling awesome the lavender is very smooth and fresh. Very effective and long lasting. I had to purchase more to put throughout my home. The 360 fragrance release is great.

It has an adjustable top that releases more or less scent. I have it in my bedroom on medium and it is the perfect amount to make a calming atmosphere for night time! I will continue to purchase refills and would highly recommend.

Packaging was a little hard to get into, but expected so children can’t rip it open. Fits nicely in the plug and isn’t bulky. The scented liquid container was easy to insert into the plug in unit.

This one, however, is the perfect strength - not too strong, but still provides a nice scent throughout the room. I love this scent and will definitely purchase a refill. The packing and price point were perfect. The scent is strong and lasted way longer than anything else I’ve tried. I will be for sure re purchasing and trying more scents from Air Wick.

I’ve been buying the lavender and chamomile plug-ins for years. This is the second time the company has change the formula without advertising “new formula”” on the packaging. They have lost me once again as a customer. The new lavender and chamomile formula smells cheap and awful.

I usually love the lavender & chamomile plug-ins that I have been using for 10+ years and I noticed recently it smells nothing like lavender. It smells tropical. Did the scent formula change? I was hoping it was just a fluke until myself and a friend both bought more and the scent still seemed tropical.
