The lavender and chamomile fragrance is awful. It permeates rooms with an unbelievably strong and pungent odor, which lingers in the area long after unplugging the warmer. It causes me to cough and sneeze. Since it’s been used and some of the oil spilled (not sure how that happened), I don’t think I can return it to the store. The old lavender fragrance was so much better. Please bring back the old fragrance.

The top has several fragrance strengths and easily turns to the strength you want. Even on the lowest, I can smell the scent but it's not overwhelming. The plug rotates as well so it can fit any outlet. Overall a great inexpensive way to add scent to any room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Air Wick Plug-In in the lavender fragrance, and at first, it smelled absolutely amazing—fresh, calming, and exactly what you’d want from a lavender scent. However, by the fifth day, I noticed the fragrance seemed to change slightly, becoming less pleasant and not as potent. It’s disappointing because the initial scent was fantastic, but the longevity and consistency could definitely be improved.

It has lasted longer than expected, and really soothes the baby. I sometimes get a whiff of the lavender even when changing those dirty diapers. Definitely will be buying again

I was excited to receive this product to try because I love the smell of Lavender, but mixed with Chamomile it is exquisite! I love walking in my door and the scent hitting me after a long day, it makes me feel relaxed and like my house is welcoming. These plugins are super simple you just put the pod into the holder and plug it right in the wall! I am ready to try some seasonal scents as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air wick plug is pretty classic and it works wonders when the room seems to smell stuffy as it adds on some good relaxing mood. The plug is good too since it can be adjusted from minimum to maximum strength of the scent. The lavender smell reminds me of my childhood when my aunt used to have it in her room.

I have been using multiple warmers in my house rooms (I purchase the kit in SAMS). But in the last few months, the warmer does not release any scent after using it with the first refill. I still have scent bottles here that I can't use because all my warmers are broken now.

I have been a fan of the Lavender and Chamomile for years. Now that the company has changed the scent and it is awful!!! This product now smells like someone’s cheap perfume, and it is very overpowering. The company made a poor decision in doing this. They lost a customer in me, and I bet countless others.

It gives my house such a clean smell. I love that all I need to buy are the refills and I am all set. I can set this to different strengths and it will let go of the scent more or less if I need. Such a great product for a great smelling home.

I’m so disappointed that the scent has changed!! I’ve been using this product for years and have always recommended it to others who love it as well. The new smell is totally different and just too strong. Had to unplug it :( please consider changing back to the old smell or at least make it available to purchase!!
