As noted, this is a perfect example of why if something is not broke is should not be fixed. The old scent was unique and subtle. This new scent is intrusive and aggressive. The best way to describe it is, everything you typically detest about air fragrances. If it is a question of money, I would gladly pay more to purchase the old scent. This one is going right in the garbage, I would rather go upstairs and smell the combination of odors from the rooms of two little boys.

However, it's the fragrance that I didn't care for. I do like lavender, but I prefer a more subtle scent or lavender vanilla. This scent is very strong. A little too strong. I put it on the second to last scent output. The scent refill is great quality (it's glass and has a lot of product in it). I will definitely be interested in trying different scents. This scent remains me of strong bathroom spray- sorry, lol. However, if you like the lavender bathroom spray, you'll love this fragrance!

We have been using this scent for years and loved it as it was the only scent that didn’t send my allergies off as soon as I walk in the room. It was warm and comforting. This new formula is terrible and I am so disappointed. Just bought 40 refills and they are all getting sent back. They make my home smell like fake horrible air freshener. If this is the new formula going forward....you have lost a customer.

Air wick plug ins are so easy to use, just unscrew the cap off of the fragrance and insert into the scent dispenser then plug into your wall. I prefer to leave mine on the highest setting to get more coverage for my home. I usually change them out once a month. Air wick has a scent for everyone.

It definitely helps clear out any bad scents, and I love the lavender & chamomile scent filling the apartment! You also definitely get a bang for your buck, because even having it plugged in at the lowest setting for like 30 minutes and your home will be filled with the scent.
