Bought the pro adapt firm model and just don't love it . Too firm ... wish we would have gotten the medium one . Missed out exchange window and was told there is nothing they could do. Very disappointed since we spent so much money on it . Was hoping they would let us exchange it at least .

This literally was our Fourth try at a new mattress in less than a year. We first tried what we were replacing. Traditional high end Stearns & Foster. After 4-6 weeks on all 3 different models we both felt as though we were sleeping in a gully. One of us is a back sleeper & the other a side sleeper. We both move VERY LITTLE through the night. So we gave up & at our sons suggestion, bought our Tempurpedic. We absolutely love it. We both are sleeping so well now.

This mattress seemed fantastic in the store and not at all too firm. First night it was extremely firm(hard). Have been sleeping on it three weeks and it is still extremely hard. Wake up with sore back, ribs, hips and shoulders. I would not recommend. Plan to return it after the 30 days. In the meantime cannot last more than an hour on this bed before moving to another room.

I've slept on tempur-pedic mattress for over ten years now. i owned my first mattress for nine years, and my back started hurting. so last year i go over to a mattress store near my home, cause i know the brand i want. i tell the sells rep, I've have some back issues in the past. i need a new mattress !! so she tells me about the really firm mattress that temur-pedic , but there is no display in the store. i bought it base on her word, and my prior temur-pedic mattress. i haven't had a good night sleep since I've had this mattress!! its remains very very hard!! i wake feeing like I've played football all night. SORE all over. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially got the medium firmness and was able to exchange the mattress for the soft firmness during the "trial period" for a $175 fee, of course. Medium was just a little too firm for us. Customer service was great and accommodating. The mattress itself is amazing. My wife and I are shift workers and have always had trouble with getting a good night sleep. Now that is a thing of the past. When we're home and sleeping on the Tempur-Pedic we finally sleep all the way through the night. It's spectacular

If you are looking for a comfortable supportive firm mattress- go for the medium or soft. I love tempur pedic- but not this one- it is very expensive and I have neck and back pain daily- so disappointing. Before trusting tempur pedic firm and just purchasing- seriously consider getting the medium or soft version of this mattress. You will save yourself over 3000

I wanted a firm mattress and it is very firm, but still conforms to my body and ended up being the perfect combination of support and conformity for me. This is an amazing bed, both for the firmness and size. We purchased a King Firm and will never look back. We wanted to get this 5 years ago when my wife began experiencing severe lower back pain due to arthritis in the disc joints. However, we postponed and attempted numerous other 'back expert' options. After about 3 weeks the difference is night and day, and although she was not healed completely, her attitude towards the future is bright like I have not seen in ages. We're so grateful for this product, if you are on the fence, I recommend you go for it today!
