We replaced our old Tempur-Pedic firm memory foam which was 13 years old. Still adjusting to the new hybrid mattress but am convinced it is easier for my spouse to get out of bed than the old memory foam only. In addition, it is much more comfortable on my shoulders and hips so believe the coil springs help relieve some of the pressure. Only possible shortfall is that the edges are not as firm as the old memory foam but it has not caused any issue for us yet. Probably could have given it a 5 but want to wait and see how well it holds up. It's very expensive so would like to get at least 13 years out of this mattress.

I have gone through several high quality mattresses that did not live up to my expectations. After having major spinal surgery in 2019 with 7 fusions & 2 replaced vertebrae, I could not get comfortable on any of them. This mattress conforms to my body & provides me with a good night's sleep which I have not had in years!

From an engineer & doctor couple... this is our 2nd Tempur-pedic and it just keeps getting better with age, no kidding. Our 1st, a queen bought in 2012, is going to one of the kids, because we upgraded to a king. The only problem with this brand is you get so spoiled that traveling becomes a chore knowing no hotel, cruise, or other family member's mattress will be as comfortable; unless of course its a Tempur-pedic. Find one on-sale and pull the trigger; you won't be disappointed. Also, don't be afraid to go for the firm level.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other tempurpedic mattress was 14 years old and over the years became too soft. We replaced it with this mattress and now this one is also too soft. If you prefer medium-firm support, I wouldn't recommend this one. It started off firm, but is now hedging too soft in the sections that we use night after night. Interestingly, when one of us shifts to the middle of the mattress, it's perfectly firm. I didn't expect it to do this in such a short period of time and feel disappointed in the results.

When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

I absolutely love this bed. It's so comfortable. I went from a very hard bed that I returned to another company so I know there's a work in period but it's still comfortable for me. They came and set it up very quick. I got the Ease base with it and although that didn't work right away within the next week since I worked all week they came out and fixed it.

Having deep dream filled sleep with my new mattress. I have always gone with a 'firm' mattress, but now that I am older I wanted to try and see if a less firm mattress might feel better and alleviate some of the 'aches & pains' ... thankfully, the TempurPedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid offers the give needed but still has some firmness that I like. Great mattress. I also purchased the TempurErgo Extend Smart Base. Going to have to try the pillows!

After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.
