Best night sleep ever

This is the second Tempurpedic mattress I have bought. The FIRST one lasted for 16 years! Why would I even want to try another brand!

Best Mattress Brand EVER

Highest quality and best comfort. Simply no comparison. If I had to find a negative, it is very heavy to move and lift.

All we hoped for

This very expensive mattress is labeled soft. It is a firm as the ones labeled firm. I'm truly disappointed in my selection of Tempurpedic brand.

Way too firm for labeled soft.

My morning back pain has virtually disappeared. If you have back issues, you won't find a better mattress.

Best Back Sleeper

The matress is super comfortable. I love the quality sleep I get and the size of the matress is great.

King matress

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas.

Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase.

Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples.

For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is nothing short of a miracle, gone for us are the days waking up feeling stiff somewhere or just needing to stretch. My wife and I live physical lives and are very fit. We purchased the firm option and its definitely not a bed you can just jump into as it feels like jumping on wood. That being said, as you lay in it, the mattress molds to your body in the most perfect manner. After a few weeks it does soften a bit but not in a bad way. Our sleep is phenomenal with absolutely no more night disturbances or tossing and turning. If you've had it with soft plush beds that leave you feeling sore each day I cannot recommend this one enough. So worth the extra dollars. Best investment we've made.
