This is a firm mattress. My husband was ready to return next day. He is a big man so this was a computerized fit for him. I reminded him you have to give it an adjusting period. In the past he has had pain. I have not heard any complaints about his hip or back. I am able to sleep peacefully without him waking me through out the night. Max our salesman took time with us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells.

Very pleased with our mattress. It is everything that was advertised and more. Comfortable, supportive, --perfect!. The price was excellent. Delivery and set-up was done by professional staff and it was on-time (as scheduled). We are happy all around with everything!

I was waking up every day with serious back pain. I would have to lean over the bed and slowly get up to a standing position before starting my day. Throughout the day my lower back would hurt so much. After one night sleep in my tempurpedic adjustable bed I got up right out of bed and throughout the day my back was feeling good. I can walk around all day without back pain. It has been 2 full weeks, and I tell everyone to get this bed. It is AMAZING!!! I wake up every day energized, not tired, and definitely no back pain. It is truly the best purchase I have ever made. I love my bed!!!!

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! Due to my husband's back issues, we have changed mattresses over the years like we change shoes. He has slept more hours through the night and is rested in the morning for the first time in years. I have not really cared what mattress we had, but now that we have this bed I'll have a strong opinion! We would recommend going directly to a flagship store to purchase the bed. Yes, this bed is more expensive but it is worth every penny. We have spent far more over the years on mattresses and mattress pads looking for a solution and we had no idea we were just wasting money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our mattress for about a month now and are still enjoying it. Falling asleep is easy and I have not slept this well in a long time. The tempur-pro adapt mild hybrid is firm enough to be comfortable for me, but soft enough that my wife is still very happy with it. You can feel a solid base within the mattress but that feels balanced by a very soft top.

I needed a new mattress because for a long time I was not sleeping well. I am now!! Pressure points on my hip and shoulder made me sore on my 10 year old mattress. A friend recommended a Tempur pedic. I am so glad I purchased the Proadapt mattress in soft. No more sore pressure points and I sleep much better now.

Over the years it has occurred to me that sleep is vital in living your best life. My Tempur-Pedic is delivering on that premise. I love this mattress. I also purchased the dual cooling pillows and they are a must have. The pillows bring the mattress to a whole new level. Have no fear in buying a Tempur-Pedic. Cheers!!!

My husband and I were involved in a major car accident that left both of us with severe injuries, including a broken neck for me. After spending 3 months in a cervical collar and not being able to lie flat, I suffered from many issues that made sleeping comfortably next to impossible. Once I was able to lie flat, I also suffered from positional vertigo. All of my pressure points hurt and I woke up day after day feeling as if I hadn't slept a wink. We finally decided it was time for a new mattress. We went to the mattress store with a Tempurpedic in mind but decided to lie on the machine to see which mattresses were compatible for us based on our body type and sleep positions. Thankfully the mattress we had in mind was on both of our lists of compatible mattresses. When we tested the Tempurpedic, it felt amazing! We decided to get the split adjustable bases. It makes reading in bed at night so comfortable. We now both sleep incredibly. An added bonus is the elevated mattress has almost completely eliminated my husband's snoring making it easier for me to fall asleep at night! I highly recommend this mattress. It has been well worth the investment.
