Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. And lastly I tell our kids, "When I die put my TempurPedic in my coffin". Have an Aloha Day and Thank you for all you do.

We received our new cal king bed and adjustable base on Saturday evening. Very anxious to try bed. The next morning I woke up with no stiffness or aches. I had a tempurpedic cloud from 8 yrs ago. It was time to change. Your body changes. I absolutely love this bed. I put it in snore mode and it is the perfect sleep for me. Husband really likes the bed. Adjustable is the way to go. If you are looking for s new sleep this to me is the way to go.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.

The mattress, etc. was delivered on Feb. 13th. It is distinctly different from our former mattress. First, it has a soft top and firm inner support. Thus far, we find it very comfortable. My husband was unable to sleep on our former mattress because of hip and back issues. The Tempur-Ergo adjustable base is an additional plus.

It's been a month and I already love my bed. It doesn't suck me in (which I don't like in a mattress), it's not hot at all and it's just the right amount of comfy softness. Just amazing. A friend of mine laid on my bed as she's looking for a new mattress and she was floored! All around 5 stars. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for an amazing product!

We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

We love our new Split Cal King mattress! It conforms to your body vs. our old mattress that made us conform to it. We also love the Split Ergo 2.0 base which allows each of us to choose our own configuration. I recommend getting the Tempur Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows to finish off the experience. I want to add cudos for the great customer service we received so far. Quick shipping, professional and friendly installers, great call center help, what else can I say?

The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

I admit I had doubts it was as good as advertised, and I am so happy to say I was wrong to have those doubts! From the first night I felt the difference in my sleep and my body when I woke up. It forms perfectly where I need it to, no more waking up in the middle of the night to change positions. My husband is equally satisfied with the mattress, especially not being disturbed when I move around!
