This bed is very comfortable but it sloped on one side. Probably never fully expanded. Sam’s refunded us and we are waiting pickup.

Great mattress was vacuumed sealed so tight didnt think it was gonna be very steong once releeased but fully recouled and is firm yet soft. really enjoying it

Our mattress has a bump in the middle and is flat where our heads lay, causing us to need to use more pillows for support. And this bed is still too springy, I can feel my partner’s every move. Very disappointed, despite all the positive reviews.

one corner of the bed did not rise and set up as designed making it virtually impossible to lay on that side of the bed - also the middle did not set up evenly, the product was refunded by sams club

Luckily this mattress is going in a guest room. My husband usually loves firm mattresses, and this one is still a bit too firm for his liking. I will be purchasing a mattress topper for this one.

I love my mattress. I have nerve damage from my neck to my back. I sleep very well on this mattress. I haven’t had it but two weeks but I’m sure I’ll always love sleeping on it.

Purchased this mattress online, sight unseen, on a Sunday. It was delivered on Thursday. Very heavy box for the Queen -- 78 lbs. I think. Followed the instructions and laid the mattress in place before cutting the tape and plastic wrap. Amazing to watch it "inflate" and take shape. Although the instructions say to wait 24-48 hours to sleep on it, I set it up at 4:00pm and slept on it that same night. First morning after sleeping on it, I woke up just a little sore (perhaps because I sleep on it the first night and hadn't waited the 24 hours). After the second day, I felt great. No aches and pains in the morning as was the case with my old mattress. As others have said, it's a plush top with a firm feeling underneath. I would describe it as medium-firm, but there still is a feeling of plushness on the top. Hard to describe fully, but it works perfectly for me. I couldn't have made a better choice and the price was much lower than the $1,000-$1,500 mattresses I had been considering I would definitely buy again and I would highly recommend this to others.

We purchased this mattress online. It arrived promptly in a rather small box for a queen mattress. Opened it up and let it relax for 24 hours. Be careful when taking the wrapping off the mattress, it wants to spring open. This is a firm mattress. We have a 3" topper we use on it. We are very satisfied with the comfort and the quality so far.

My first purchase was for a double/full bed fits perfect. The only problem was I put fitted sheet on too soon. I really needed for it to breath for a couple of days to release the odor. My second purchase for our son a queen he is delighted said the odor was not offensive. He slept on it the first night.

I have never ordered a mattress that came in a box by mail, but what a convenient way to order. The mattress appears to be high quality, and it was a great price in comparison. It does take a few days to fully settle, so be patient. The mattress is quite tall, if you have a platform, a box spring may not be necessary. The mattress pretty firm, but still supportive, keep in mind this is a single sided mattress. If you like soft, pillowy, this may not be to your liking, but so far 5 stars for us.
