I am sorry to say that my great expectations of eliminating my lower back pain I experienced with my previous mattress were not met with this new Tempur-pedic. I believe that this may be due to the fact that the mattress delivered to me did not offer to me the same degree of firmness as did the mattress in the showroom.

I sell Tempur-Pedic mattresses so I just had to get one of these bad boys for my wife and I. To say the least its been a blessing, I got the Ergo Pro Smart Base with my mattress and my wife absolutely loves it and sees a big difference in her sleeping patterns. Thank you Tempu-Pedic!!

Every site promises their mattress will deliver you the best night's sleep. They will tell you their technology makes the difference. And maybe they have a cool video of throwing the bowling ball on the bed with a wine glass that doesn't even spill. Whaaat?!?! I know, crazy right? Depending when you buy, you might even get a good deal. To make matters harder, COVID-19 had shut down all of the mattress centers in town, so we couldn't even test different models. So how did we choose literally the best mattress we have ever slept on? 1. We looked up the top mattress company revenues for 2019. 2. We looked at these companies for the type of mattress we were looking for 3. We looked at reviews of the type of mattress we wanted across multiple review sites At the end of the day, Tempurpedic had exactly what we wanted, and I knew because of the quality and quantity responses they had versus any other mattress company we thought we were interested in. After using the mattress for a couple months now, we are excited to let you know that it is just as good as the day it arrived! You feel supported no matter if you sleep on your side, or back, etc.. You wake up feeling refreshed. If you can find it in your budget we also highly recommend to couple the mattress with one of their adjustable bases. zero G sleep is a great way to relieve the pain and stress of a long day!!! The reviews on this site are spot on, i trusted them, and i can honestly tell you that you can as well. Go get a great night's sleep. You deserve it!!!

My husband and I tried this mattress in the show room, and it felt very comfortable, however, after having it delivered to our home, it seemed much more firm than what we experienced in the show room. The salesman did say that the brand new mattress would feel a little bit more firm, but it's actually a little too firm for me, and we may switch it out for the softer model.

We have had this mattress for a few weeks. So far, we have no complaints! It is very comfortable and we are sleeping well. We purchased this after owning a spring mattress that was worn out and caused back pain and difficulty getting comfortable. The Adapt Medium is the perfect firmness for us. The mattress feels like it hugs you when you lay on it. So far, I would highly recommend!

Having own a temperpedic king for 13 years it was time to upgrade and we are very please with the new setup delivery was prompt and they removed the old mattress and bases we love the adjustable bases as with all temperpedics making up the bed is a bit of a chore but doing the split twins is a little easy to maneuver than the old king look forward to enjoy for years to come by the way we are both seniors FYI

I had a split cal king tempurpedic bed for 16 years prior to this medium hybrid bed. This one is definately taking more time to break in. I have only had it for 3 weeks so it is an adjustment and taking my body some time to get used to the new firmness.

But once I adjusted to this mattress, it has been smooth sailing ever since. No more tossing and turning, no more waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up rested and refreshed, and no aching back. The mattress conforms to my body and supports every inch. After five long years of sleeping on a miserable Serta Willowbrook that broke down just after the grace period expired, I'm finally getting the good nights sleep I needed. My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems, I called the number for Tempur-Pedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since I did not buy the mattress direct from Tempur-Pedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufacturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempur-Pedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempur-Pedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempur-Pedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.
