[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mattress. Which I could have afforded the plush mattress which would have been softer and better for my back.

I have been having it for almost 4 weeks and it hurts my back. They say it takes 4 weeks to get use to it but I have had a lot of sleepless long nights.

I find at first to be very comfortable however after 2 years since your not able to flip but only rotate both sides have now a huge dip making my neck, lower back and sleep being affected

It took me a little while to get used to the mattress. However, after sleeping on it a few days, it came more natural. The mattress could be just a little softer.

We slept on one of the original tempr-pedics for 20 years and absoluetly LOVE it! This mattress is quite simply not even close to the original. We are returning it and getting the firm model of the PRO-Adapt - I really really hope its a lot better

The two gentlemen at the store were very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Now will get a good night sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the mattress and there has been great customer service, I have a lot of neck and back issues and it didn't improve my sleep as much as I had hoped.

Although deliver was long it was well worth the wait. Short break in period and comfortable mattress. Went from sleeping on a cloud for 14 years to the adapt. A little firmer then the cloud. Hoping for another decade plus!

Fabulous customer service. This mattress was given to me as a replacement at no charge. New mattress takes care of any problems I had with the old mattress.
