[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is a big upgrade from our old mattress and overall I can tell it's a quality product. I am giving it three stars because I feel that the mattress is too firm for what we wanted and the Tempur-Adapt does not have a softer option. We are considering returning because we want to be in love with our mattress at the price we've paid.

Too old school to go all out memory foam. Choose the hybrid. Still getting used to it, I was way over due for a new mattress. Feel like I sleep on the warm side, but I am happy with my choice. A bit on the firm side but I think that is best for me. My dogs are very happy with my choice too

This mattress has absolutely sucked and this company doesn't stand by their word on the 10 year warranty. The amount of money you spend on this mattress is not worth it at all!!! Their customer service absolutely sucks!!! I would not recommend them at all! I have a warranty on my mattress and they won't honor it. Just a complete waist of money!!!!

My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems I called the number for Tempurpedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since i did not buy the mattress direct from Tempurpedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufcturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempurpedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempurpedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempurpedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are still comparing our new tempur pedic to the Sleep Number which we had for 10 years. So far , we love that we can move without affecting the other person. We also love that there is no "no go zone" in the middle! Wow! My only con at current is that we purchased a medium firmness. It seems really firm. We didn't want a sink into softness mattress... but, perhaps we should have went a bit softer. Perhaps we will "Adapt"!!!! LOVE our Cloud pillows!!!!

Mattress was wonderful and loved the product but now after three years it has started cracking vertically and horizontally. Filed the proper claims process and was immediately declined stating the discoloration on the under cloth (which cannot be washed) was the cause due to a spill. This stain was actually caused by sweat due to the heat that retains in the memory foam and now the claims department stated there is nothing they can do or help with. Needless to say I will not purchase another tempurpedic mattress again due to this customer service and warranty response to not guarantee their product like they claimed. 10 year warranty was not upheld and quality and customer assurance is not their top priority.

Let me say, of the bat, this mattress puts me right to sleep. I love the way it supports me especially when sleeping on my side. Looking back, I wish I would've gotten the cool option to make it even better. I will say, I thought my random back pain would go away but no luck. Which is something the salesman used as a selling point.

It's too soon to say how long this mattress will stay supportive, but so far it's been quite good at relieving the problem pressure points, giving me and my wife a better night's sleep. And it doesn't get too hot, which is a relief. I hope it lasts well!

I replaced a traditional spring that was easily 16 years old. I was overwhelmed with the mattress options out there. I settled on this one. I have never in my life slept so good and had quality rem sleep. I can't believe I waited so long to buy a new mattress! I absolutely love it!!!

The last one was so bad that we were sleeping in the guest room. So we went mattress shopping. After laying on so many, we decided to buy the Temperpedic Adapt Hybrid Medium. GAME CHANGER!!! This mattress was comfortable from the very get go. We didn't even have a "break in" time, it was just wonderful from the start. So glad we got this mattress, It has provided us restorative necessary sleep. Why on earth did we torture ourselves and wait so long to get a good mattress? This mattress is worth the money. So glad we got this! It it the perfect blend of firm support and comfort. This bed is just a game changer for us.
