I thought this mattress was going to a lot softer. My wife and I would get sore hips from our old mattress and we thought this would be different. The mattress in the store felt great but it was in the showroom for years. How many years do I have to wait before it breaks in?

The Tempur-pedic is by far the best I have tried. I was skeptical at first and didn't really believe a high end mattress would help much with my back pain. Boy was I wrong. I've had this mattress for 5 months now and it has helped my pain substantially, and now that I am pregnant with my second child I am extra thankful for a truly comfortable bed. It conforms to my body relieving my aches and pains, without making me feel like I am sinking. I honestly don't know how I went without a Tempur-pedic all these years. Absolutely worth every penny!

After almost 10 years our matress needed to be replaced, it had splits all over and luckily we had a 10 year warranty that put us on a Tempur-Pedi Adapt which is as comfortable as the older model. We had a choice to go with one of same value or upgrade but we chose to same our money and enjoy another 10 years or more depends how long this one will last and the purchase an upgrade. We had a great 10 yes of Tempur-Pedi and locking forward to another 10+ journey. I will not go with any other brand and will recommend it to everyone you won't regret it. Also purchased the Tempur-Pedi Ergo base to try. So far its good only issue is the stability is very iffy cause it shakes when you move, wish it was as stable as the regular base we had , maybe I just have to get used to it..

This mattress has been great for my back and hip pain. The memory foam provides great lumbar support and I don't wake up hurting anymore. It took me about a week to adjust to the new mattress; I would have some good and bad sleep nights. My husband struggled to sleep the first month but now is used to the mattress and sleeps well.

However, it is a huge improvement over the box spring mattress that I had. I think that the nonhybrid would have been better for us because we each weigh less than 200 lbs and it would be softer. If you are going to get this only get the mattress because if you don't like it you can always return it and not incur the extra expense of a non-returnable platform. If you like the mattress you can always get the platform later. Overall, its the best mattress I have owned so far.

Early in the 21st century happy family members with Tempur-Pedics convinced us to give one a try. They were right: best sleeping bed in our lives. 18 years later our Queen was going strong but we decided we could spring for a King. Just as fine as our Queen, and a lot bigger. As we age, as one or the other of us has back or sciatica issues, this King will make sleeping much better for the one not suffering at the time. We also sprung for the motor that raises head and feet. A very wise investment both for medical reasons and for reading in bed.

We have dogs that will sleep with us and would keep us awake when moving around. Now the bed doesn't move when they do which means better sleep. Not to mention how comfortable it is. I love it!

I bought a King Size M ADAPT MEDIUM HYBIRD SET, It was delivered on 2-24-19. I've always wanted a Tempur- Pedic Mattress. Even though there quite Expensive, I know it's worth it. But it does take some getting used to, because it's totally different from my old Mattress that I hade for 11 years. How ever it is very Comfortable, and I LOVE, The coolness, as I do SUFFER from HOT FLASHES & NIGHT SWEATS. I wake up with less back pain and body aches. But for some reason I am experiencing neck pain's, I'm not sure if it's the mattress being so soft, or my pillow not being supportive enough. So that's why I gave it 4 stars. I do LOVE THIS MATTRESS SET!!!!

WOW! I've heard conflicting reviews about the Tempur-Pedic, but my lower back pain had me considering many options. I then recalled a chiropractor years ago who mentioned that Tempur-Pedic was the best mattress for spine alignment. That being said, I went with the Adapt Hybrid, and ... WOW ... I've been experiencing the best, pain-free sleep ever. I can't believe that I waited so long to purchase a Tempur-Pedic. Don't be fooled by all of the mattresses in a box. You can't beat the Tempur-Pedic Adapt for comfort at a reasonable price.

This mattress is terrible. It is way too soft. I wouldn't call this a medium firmness. I sink in to the mattress and if my husband lays next to me, I am falling in to the dent he makes, and he is not a big guy. Every day I wake up feeling like I got hit by a bus. I wish I could return it buy the 90 day window closed unfortunately. I will never buy another Tempurpedic. I wasted a lot of money on a subpar mattress.
