I got the medium. Soft hurt my back. Got the tilting frame too. I like to be able to raise my head because of heart burn. After 3 weeks, it's just okay. Not life changing. I kinda wish I had got another bed I liked at the same store. My daughter has a tempur and likes hers. So I decided to try one too. It's just not what I was hoping for.

It was just "good" for the first 3 weeks... And after the break-in period I feel it is excellent now! I went through multiple mattress trials (not tempurpedic).. And I had to return them all. This is by far worth the money. I am a customer for life if this holds up over time. I have only had the bed for 5 weeks ..so time will tell! :) My husband has ruptured discs in his back and feels it is firm/supportive enough... And I am a side sleeper that needs enough cushion to sink into without creating pressure points or losing support. We are both really happy with it :)

If you are looking for beds to relieve your joint and other pressures points, like especially away from your hips and shoulder, Stay away! Do not buy this product. It felt ok when going into a showroom to lay for a quick test, but its until you begin to sleep on it after purchasing it, that my inner hip joints have been taking a beating. I wake up in pain everyday. You might as well sleep on the floor! My old sring mattress was noisey, but way more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting out of bed is often the hard, not because I'm in pain, but because I'm so comfortable that I don't won't to move. Purchased the Tempur-Adapt 10 months ago and can say that my quality of sleep has drastically improved. I previously had frequent back and neck pains, this is no longer an issue. The material is cool and I don't wake in a pool of sweat. The investment is worth the price tag. I'm a fully satisfied customer!

Pro: What I love about the product is the motion free aspect. I am a light sleeper and I never feel my partner roll over which I never experienced with a regular mattress. Let me give you a little background... My husband describes me as the princess and the pea.... let me tell you I'm PICKY on mattresses. In the last few years we've gone through about 4-5 different ones and I almost about gave up and felt that I would just deal with back pain the rest of my life. I was seeing chiropractor on the weekly and my hip and sciatic pain was out of control. I woke up every morning miserable and glad it was morning so i could get out of bed. BUT NOW THATS ALL CHANGED! I told my husband we had to cough up the money and buy something nice, it had to work! My friends always rave about their tempur mattresses so We bit the bullet and tried the hybrid (less of a sink in mud feeling). The first few nights as it was breaking in were a little rough, but we walked in it and left the sheets off during the day to hurry the process. After a few days I was pain free. I couldn't believe it! This mattress saved my back, and i no longer see the chrio and hobble around. Its honestly been life changing!!! I hope it can be your miracle too! OMG! OMG! I've heard of a few love-hate relationships with owners of Tempur-Pedic mattresses over the years, but I'm here to tell my story. As a new owner of the Adapt Hybrid I'm sold! This is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever owned, and I've owned a few over my lifetime. Furthermore, it's affordable! I was amazed at how much better my back and shoulders feel after spending time sleeping or just relaxing in my Tempurpedic bed. My Tempurpedic arrived yesterday. It literally makes me feel my whole body is fully supported from my neck down my spine through my hips. During these cold months going into winter this Tempurpedic is what I greatly needed. My previous spinal injuries from a car accident I suffered has made going to bed a strategic task. I had to plan which way to align myself with the mattress so I didn't have to go through the next day or week in pain. The price of the Medium Hybrid was quite steep, but was well worth it to help me to be more mobile and carry out my household expected duties as a mom and bread winner. I would recommend this Tempurpedic to anyone who has any type of arthritis or spinal impairments that has to deal with intolerable and unnecessary pain. The Medium Hybrid Tempurpedic hugs me like a soft comfy glove. It fills in any spaces between my body and the mattress naturally and supporting my spine each time I lay on it. For me, sleeping and able to stay mobile is much better than the pain I had to go through doing simple things like walking or just going to the bathroom. The Tempurpedic helps to eliminate that dilemma for me and I'm thankful I finally purchased one and so is my spine. The mattress is so comfortable. I love the way it supports my body, but I am sleeping very hot on the mattress, and that I don't like. I previously had a memory foam topper, so didn't think this would be an issue, but it is. What to do, what to do...
