We got the tempurpedic Adapt mattress in October 2025. This is the worst bed we've ever had. When we sit on the side of the bed it sinks so bad that we end up sitting on the frame of the bed. The layers are separating, but they will not warranty the mattress out. We have a solid base under the mattress, but they said that it is not acceptable. They said it had to be one of their frames. We were not told that when we chose the mattress. I will not recommend a Tempurpedic mattress to anyone. My husband and I wake up with severe back pain, and I also have all over body pain and I can barely walk. Worst mattress ever.

I can't say enough about the Tempurpedic Adapt Medium mattress. The quality is top notch, and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. The zero-gravity base is the perfect solution for back pain and swelling of the legs and ankles. I am so happy we chose this product and are getting the best sleep ever.

After just a couple of nights my shoulder pain was gone. I always slept on my side switching from side to side waking up with pain in my shoulders every morning. On my old mattress I was using up to three pillows to help elevate my upper body and keep my shoulders off the mattress. Now i am using just one pillow (that came with my purchase} with my new mattress and I haven't woken up with pain in my shoulders - what a relief. Very happy with my purchase so far.

One of the concerns we had when shopping for a mattress was how the foam would hold up over time. We were assured that with the 10-year warranty we would have no issues. This was a very comfortable mattress but the foam began to rip right at hip level and lost all support through that area. The foam is torn the full thickness of the foam in a 14 inch by 6 inch L shape. It’s unusable. We submitted a warranty claim and were denied due to “liquid damage”. We never had liquid spilled. This was normal use which fell short of their warranty by 3 years. Buy it if it’s comfortable but don’t buy it for the warranty - they will not stand behind it.

The mattress seemed supportive enough when we tried it in the store but after several weeks use we find it too soft. Had to put a piece of plywood on the edge so I don’t slip off the bed. Unfortunately this replaced the first mattress we tried and Denver Mattress won’t replace it again.

The comfort and support that this mattress provides is out of this world. From the first night of sleep I could tell this was the mattress for me. Its the perfect amount of softness and firmness my body required, I will never go back to buying a regular mattress. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are a game changer.

I was so so excited for this mattress as it was my first bed I bought as an adult and had a 20 years old Tempur-Pedic hammy down from my parents but was very disappointed upon arrival. The mattress at first was hard as a rock, like I truly thought this was a mistake I got the wrong mattress. Then it softened up a LITTLE bit to the warmer temperature in my house but this is a very different feel to the other medium hybrid mattress I tested in store, all of the adapt and cloud models I tried out, and none of the “medium”s felt this dense or firm. I’m very very disappointed with the coat and product quality and have no way to return. Save your money just get a good standard spring mattress instead it will last decades.

Amazing how much our bodies can change over time. When I walked into store I was adamant about what I wanted - i.e., standard firm or medium firm pillowtop as I've had for years. Intrigued me that I simply could not find comparable one that was comfortable. I relented on my 2nd trip back to store - with the encouragement of my sales rep - and tried out this Tempur-pedic Medium Firm Foam. The difference was instantly noticeable, no matter which position I would lay. Having been so anti-memory-foam all my life, I remained somewhat dubious when I purchased but decided I'd let the 120-day sleep trial be my guide. Have only had this mattress for about 45 days and, to my surprise, I haven't slept this good in over 2 years. So far, no achy joints in the a.m. whether I sleep on my side or back. And my body temp seems well regulated throughout the night except for my cold feet. The cold feet situation is the only negative I have at the moment as I used to use a heating pad on my feet for a few hours each night. Extended time using a heating pad with a foam mattress is not recommended, so trying to figure out alternatives that work best for me, especially since I hate wearing socks to bed. Overall, hoping the comfort and ache-free sleep continues and that this mattress last longer than my previous "other brand" mattress. As they say, time will tell.

The mattress took a few weeks to get adjusted to but has improved our previous back issues. Only issue is the sleep tracker feature should be optional. If you do not sign up and give up personal information the module has a light that never stops blinking. Hence the 4 star rating and not 5.

I slept on a Tempurpedic for 32 years, It was perfect,until it died. I never thought of getting any other brand. I have had this mattress for 30 days. The first two weeks were fine. Then, one morning I woke on a series of lumps,bumps, crevasses and things poking me when I sat. I phoned you, but nobody called me back. It said to walk on it on my hand and knees. I have P.T. For my back and knee once a week and .I,m 95, but I did it as best I could. No change. Under my body the mattress has softened, but the bumps are there, The other side if the bed is still bad, but I try to press and release. Every night I lower the bed( it,s adjustable), and try to work it, but to no avail. There are even bumps under my pillows. I must sleep in one position. If I move I,m up. Some nights I strip the bed and smooth the protector, but it doesn,t work. I looked at a topper, but there,s no promise of relief. I did not notice any odor, but I have wakened with swollen lips and mouth a few times.. Today is 30 days. Tomorrow I will call to initiate return. I have looked at other tempurpedic and other brands these past two days. I can,t walk very much, but I tried. I know you will charge, but I can,t bear it anymore, Your mattresses are different now, and .i don,t know who can like them. Maybe this one is defective, and others won’t have a problem, but every one I sat on in the store was bumpy,.I,m tired and a little emotional so I hope I can be dispassionate when I call.
