I just started using this for about 3 weeks or so. It’s too soon to tell if it does anything for me. But I will continue to try this product out and wait a little longet.

I've been on this supplement for just over a month so far. My nails and hair are growing a lot nicer and faster. Skin might take a little longer time. I spent this afternoon reviewing other collagen supplements and I personally feel that this supplement is one of the better ones, so I feel comfortable in staying on these. As I read the other reviews, I have to laugh. So many complaints on the size of the pills and how many to take. 3 tablets - they do not have to be taken all at the same time. Spread them out with each meal, or snack. If there is a problem taking these pills because of the size, break them with a pill splitter, or get a mortar %26 pestle and crush the tablets and put the powder in a drink or sprinkle in food. This bottle is a 2 month supply. 3 tablets 3 times a day= 90 tablets a month. 90 tablets a month x 2 months= 180 pills. There is 180 pills in these bottles.

These are constantly out of stock at all the Sams clubs in the twin cities and they are not available for shopping, as well. Soo disappointed 😞

Has anyone tried crushing these and putting in drinks or food?
