The treadmill itself is great! The buying experience was a complete ******* joke. Tracking my packing I watched it go from the origin station to the warehouse down the street from my house, determined to be undeliverable, and sent back to the origin station only to be sent to my house a week later. I paid an extra $188 for assembly and the dude putting it together spent four hours doing it, taking it completely apart again because it didnt work, put it back together, still didnt work. i showed him that the outlet was tripped and reset it. What a complete **** show.

I picked the 1750 because I didn’t want the small display of the 1450 nor the giant display of the 2450. Treadmill is quiet. Numbers for incline/decline and speed are easy to read on each side of the display. Built in fan works perfectly for my needs. I’m 69 and the 1750 is a game changer for me. IFIT membership made all the difference to my attitude about working out and getting vertical (Thanks Tommie Rivs iFIT instructor) for that saying. Thank you NorticTrack for building a quality treadmill.

Seems to be more of an iFit sale than a treadmill sale. Using it on the manual setting without iFit is a joke. Some of us just want a good walk with pause capabilities and something to look at other than a silly track image. Don't but this unless you want to be locked into buying an iFit program too.

First, the unit itself is great if you can tolerate the squeaks and rattles. Yes, i have tightened everything up after the first 30 days. I bought this for the Apple Watch and health compatibility and it’s just doesn’t consistently work. If you can get it to connect to the watch , the heart rate monitor freezes, the workout sometimes logs in Apple , sometimes doesn’t. I bought a year membership in iFIT and while the app itself is great. It just doesn’t work with Apple products

Terrible experience all around. Do not recommend the product or service. I bought the treadmill and setup. Delivery was rough, 400lbs dropped outside, no option for room delivery. Setup guy was great, but damaged my floors unpacking. For the price, most of the features that should be included are paywalled. You can’t use the screen to use that apps unless you pay an additional $400 per year.

This treadmill is glitchy, must regularly be restarted, and is wildly frustrating if you just want to use it as a treadmill without subscribing to iFit. The customer service is also not helpful or service oriented.

Really bad screens. SO SLOW to load and move around. It's like 20 years ago slow. And then I find that the only way to do anything but speed and incline manually is to get IFit Pro subscription. That is an awful way to run a business.

Nordic track worse service ever. Machine issues from jump contact customer because machine too large and heavy to return. Company non-responsive and transferred to other agents for days. DO NOT BUY!

Treadmill hard product is fine but the software is SO crappy it makes the product almost unusable. Help from contacting NordicTrak is useless. The software runs like an old computer running Windows 95. Everything takes long to load, extremely laggy, just not nice to use. Have to unplug and restart after each use. Tech support claims this "glitch" will be fixed with the next software update but has no dates. Terrible experience, should have just gone with Peloton, completely regretting this purchase.

This machine has connection issues daily. It can be next to items like tablets and laptops that have a great WiFi connection but it won't connect. I am forced to hot spot the Internet from my phone to use the treadmill. Also, there are no free/basic classes on the treadmill like every other treadmill brand. You can only use the treadmill in manual mode in a track view if you don't have a subscription.
