The product is awesome and taste great, but the only complaint is the packaging the product comes in tends to break when opening drinks causing for a real mess when you go to shake it up.

one of the best probiotic drinks I’ve ever had. Can be a bit difficult to get the probiotic powder broken and into the drink; but worth the end result.

They are kinda hard to use properly .....once you figure it out they are good a slight artificial sweetner taste. I think i feel better but that could be mind over matter. Lol. Worth a try.

I’m getting into strongman and heavy weight lifting. The bad side of that is that it comes with more eating and strain on your body. When I started drinking one of these a day it helped me become more regular and reduced my amount of gas.
