When shaving around my upper lip, on the upward stroke, the mechanism that allowed the flexball to work (thin strip of metal) catches your nose. On my previous use it cut my nose.

When I was shaving I was amazed by how smoothly the pro shield just slide over my face with such ease like it was a heated knife thru butter... Wow is all I can say I recommend it to all!!!!!
