I received this as a gift. I plugged in to charge before using and nothing lights up and it will not work. Trying to register the warranty, but I can not find the SKU number on the long list.

I bought this for working on electronics and possibly R/C cars and trucks. So far, no complaints. Came almost fully charged and has more torque than I expected.

This set comes with everything you need to do small jobs around the house. This driver has lots of power and can tackle just about everything a drill can do while saving your wrist!

Bought it for my husband for Christmas and only the reverse button works. When you move it forward, it just shuts off. I'm disappointed because I bought this back in October and never tested it out. Now it's December and it's out of stock so I can't buy a new one. I got refunded but I want the screwdriver, not the money.

I am a working mom with young children, so getting things done quickly in my limited free time is key. I just did my first project with this tool and it was a game changer. It came out of the box fully charged and I put together a bookshelf in an hour, including having to undo an entire row of shelves because I had the side on backwards (handy I am, literate is up for debate when it comes to reading directions). It was a separate button for reversing to remove screws, so with this in hand my mistakes took no time at all to fix! My toddler even helped with the project and loved pushing the button while I held the screwdriver in place. I wish I had bought more to give as Christmas gifts to all my friends!

I ordered this drill earlier this month. I wasn't really sure what to expect, I was very suprised. It comes in a very handy kit with screwdriver, bits, and the charger all in a very compact package. After a short charge I put it to work, man does it do a great job. I think I will order another for my desk at work.

I used this immediately upon arrival to put together some under sink shelving. This little guy is the very best. I have agility issues with my hand from Rheumatoid Arthritis. This tool enabled me to quickly screw the pieces together without any hand pain at all. I felt like I had obtained my new favorite toy! It holds a charge for a long time, easy to screw and unscrew items, and is neatly packed to make it the "go to" tool that I'll pick up first when I need to put anything together. I'm waiting for it to come back in stock so I can another for my son.

I purchased this tool to use daily for access panel removal on large scale medical equipment. I am pleased with the ability to adjust torque settings from light duty to to a slightly more aggressive light duty. It cuts off once the max torque setting has been exceeded to avoid damage. This also helps to avoid stripped fasteners. It works well for what I need it for and most importantly I have less pain in my hands from arthritis since I am no longer manually putting in 10 - 30 screws at a time. I definitely recommend this product, with that being said it's important that you keep in mind what it was designed for. Almost forgot, the battery life is as expected. I have proactively charged this unit once a week and have had no depleted batteries while using the product in the field daily. On average I remove and replace 30 - 60 stainless steel fasteners. I hope that gives you some reference of battery life.
