I take turmeric as an anti inflammatory and not having to take two capsules at the time is great

I purchased these for achy joints at the recommendation of my acupuncturist. My aches and pains have significantly subsided, so they indeed work. I do believe, however, that my body is excreting the turmeric color. The handle of my white electric toothbrush is turning an orange-yellow color where I hold it and my cell phone case is now turning g the same shade of orange-yellow.

I was starting to feel a pain I get due to inflammation and I took two of these capsules and felt better already the next day. If you know about turmeric and take it, I'd say this brand is above the rest.

Not as good as other liquidgels I've tried. These always end up getting stuck and then I end up burping up tumeric for an hour.
