Great for inflammation

I have been taking turmeric for years. I have a degenerated hip that needs replacing and twice I have cut back on my turmeric dose because I was feeling so good and then I paid for that decision. Each time I cut back on my usual dose, the pain returns with a vengeance. If you want pain from inflammation to go away and stay away, I highly recommend this turmeric supplement. Some people don't find benefit from it but it has been a miracle for me at how much it takes pain away and keeps it away.
