I provided the info to the company who worked to correct the issue. It is now all up and assembled a few weeks later. So far we love the swingset and so glad we bought it. We will see how it holds up over time.

We are so very pleased with the strong, high quality of the wood and accessories. It's very sturdy. Grand kids just love this. They also love the sandbox below. My husband had it up in no time at all. The directions and illustrations were accurate and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

All the boards were labeled and holes were accurately drilled. I laid all the boards out according to their label which helped quite a bit. It took 2 days to complete but could have been completed in in one if it hadn't been for rain delays. It's been up for about a week and the grandkids have been enjoying it every day!

The instructions were easy to understand and came with all of the hardware and then some. I recommend organizing all of the parts and pieces before you start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end ofJuly and finally received it in Mid September. I understand due to Covid that there would be a delay of some kind. It was well worth the wait. Happy with the product overall. Wood is really nice and all the pieces fit nicely. A couple exceptions on pieces exactly fitting perfectly. Definitely need at least 2 to 3 people for assembly. Took roughly 15 hours to put together, but we didn't rush building it. Recommend sorting all the parts before hand. The kids absolutely love it. Can't wait to get home from school and go play on it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our set for 2 years. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and it took 2 of us about 13 hours to construct. It is nice that all the hardware and wood is included. Our kids love it! It is very sturdy and still in great condition. Our only complaint is that some of the bolts have had to have been retightened more than expected, and we had to replace the bolts for the slide with longer ones that hold better, which worked. It is still very secure though. It is a well made playset for a good price! We highly recommend Gorilla products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for kids 1-6 years old. They all love it! We switched out the side Trapeze bar for a toddler swing. The toddler swing doesn't quite sit right and for the price I would have gotten something else had I known. The steering wheel broke through and off within a month. It took my husband about 10 hours alone to assemble and he didn't seem to have any major issues.

We bought this 4 years ago and it was a breeze to put together. My husband figured it would take a long time but he and his friend had it assembled in no time. Though the swing set sold with our old home, we see it when visiting friends, and it looks great! I wouldn't recommend any other company for sure!
