[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids love it. Looks sturdy and safe. Had them put it together, took him about 5 hrs to assemble.

My granddaughter is enjoying her playset every day.

Overall: this is a great Swingset. I'm very happy with my purchase. We had one item missing and I was worried trying to get in contact with the company after buying thru Sam's would be a headache, but I was wrong! They were so helpful, immediately answered and responded, and I got my missing part so quickly. The only drawbacks to this swing set is the tubular slide is kind of aggressive. The turn is sharper than most twirly slides. My 2 year old isn't the biggest fan. The only other thing I would mention is the floor boards are kind of thin, so I would reinforce those with 2x4s, but honestly all brands I looked at had the same thin floorboards.

4 stars based on experience so far. Bought play set in December, but won’t be assembling and setting up until spring. Hoping all goes well and there are no issues.

We purchased this for our church. The Parts were well marked and had to be laid out. However, most of the roofing slats were broken. I have emailed the company and received no response.

Had many boards that had splits when they came and had missing hardware will not buy again or recommend it
