I had the opportunity to try Culturelle's probiotic and vitamin c gummies recently and wanted to provide some feedback for anyone who's considering buying this product. First, I will say the taste is sweet and the texture is not overly hard and chewy. The gummies are rather soft and don't have that gritty sugar or coating like some gummies do. They do not taste sour which encourages my young sons to want to eat them and in fact, they request them everyday. I really appreciate that they are dairy-free and gluten-free and also vegan and non-GMO. You're supposed to take two gummies daily which is the equivalent of about 2 billion CFUs. That amount is on the lower end of CFUs compared to other probiotics for children. Overall this is a good choice if you were wanting to go with a gummy; especially one that a small child would want to eat or for a rather picky adult. they are not messy like powders and I didn't have to argue with my children to take it like some of the chewables which they complained were bad tasting. I would like to see a gummy with a higher CFU strength if possible. I felt like these were mildly effective for our family.
