I have alphagal. My dr keeps telling me i can reintroduce red meats and hoofed meats back in my diet. As after taking this i can eat it now, i wouldn't recommend it for anyone else. But after 5 years it seems to have helped me.

Looking for a probiotic that wasn’t very potent. These say two a day and some are too strong. Now just taking one a day during cold season and use of antibiotics.

Bought for my son who always seemed to have an upset stomach. Dietary changes did not change this so I figured he might need some balance. They have helped but the texture is not the best. I took 1 star away bc they are very sticky. My son says it feels like they'll pull a loose tooth out.

I can not really say their not a good product. But I am disappointed because I expected better results. Will I purchase again no I wont be. Going back to my old product I ised before.
