reply from HERSHEY'S

We regret to learn that your HERSHEY’S Variety Pack didn’t have an even assortment of candies. We strive to ensure that every pack meets our high standards, and it’s disappointing to know that wasn’t the case for you. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the appropriate team. Thank you, Janet.
