Hello BonzaiBob,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. These solar lights are designed specifically for outdoor use, and the batteries included are standard rechargeable cells intended for the solar LED system. We appreciate your feedback regarding the materials and will share it with our product team for consideration.
If you’re experiencing any issues with the lights themselves, please contact us at customerservice@creative-prc.us, and we’d be happy to assist with troubleshooting. Thank you for taking the time to provide your review.

We’re sorry to hear that your solar lights aren’t performing as expected. During the winter months, shorter daylight hours and limited sunlight can affect charging and brightness. As the days get longer and the sun’s intensity increases, you should notice improved performance. In the meantime, placing the lights in an area with maximum sun exposure can help optimize their charge. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at customerservice@creative-prc.us.
