[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shaver performed very well for the right length hair. If hair was too long it would skip over but with the attachment trimmer to cut them down to size would allow a second pass with shaver head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun shaver is amazing. Very clean shave. No nicks no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this razor to family friends and beginner shavers. This razor is very simple to use and maintenance.

1) "instructions" were poorly printed, not well arranged or clear 2) NO indicator lights to show cleaner fluid level 3) NO heater to speed drying as in previous cleaners 4) not a drop in, some difficulty getting the shaver to lock in 5) shaver cannot be put in to just charge, a cleaning cycle starts every time 6) when shaver is in the cleaner the display is away from you 7) NO one available to answer questions or chat on a weekend 8) shaver was purchased on Sunday 29 August and will be returned on MOnday 30 August 9) this has shaken my faith in Braun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic electric shaver that provides a close shave that is much better than my previously used norelco razor. If you are looking for an electric razor this is superior however a manual razor I find to be the best way to go as long as you have a sharp blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've used the razor many times and am still trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong or does it just suck? It doesn't seem to get all of the hair on my neck, I have to use the attachment it came with to remove all the hair from my neck! I honestly expected so much more out of this razor than what I have received. The overall look and battery life is great on the other hand.

The instructions or should I say LACK of instructions are extremely frustrating. They provide cheezy drawings that I couldn't figure out!!! So just when I was about to box it up and return it... The wife figured it out... I looked online to see if there was a downloadable manual figuring maybe they we're trying to save paper.. BUT, nothing there either. I did see however that replacement blades are very EXPENSIVE. Anyways I'll give it a shot. Probably only use on the weekends anyways. Get it together BRAUN!! Stop thinking like an engineer and think like a average user that already has enough headaches and doesn't need one from a friggin razor!!

Missed hair and I have to go over multiple times just to shave my neck. I wanted it to work.
