Front leg of one of the chairs broke first day of use. Just by simply sitting down and getting up off of it. Didn't exceed weight limit. Just cheaply made. Now have to deal with returning it.

Arrived with one chair broken and when we sat in the other chair, it felt very flimsy as well. I have other Keter products that I love, but this was a huge heart break.

We love these loungers. Great price for 2! We added some pads and love them. The shipping was incredibly fast--within 48 hours they were at our front door.

I had to return 4 Keter chaise lounges as they are held together with plastic parts that break very easily with wind, This product is not well constructed and is cheaply made.

Second time I received a shipment of this set and yet another broken chair arrived. I’ve been waiting on Keter to respond for almost a week now to send me a replace part. Honesty, at this point I probably won’t be shopping at Sam’s club any more.

Very disappointed that it arrived with one broke chair. It appeared to have been returned broken and resold due to the taping on the package. So sad

I shopped around for this brand and Sam's had the best price.These two chairs are comfortable with and without a cushion. I purchased two regular chaise cusions and they fit great. Fell asleep on one just today. Great chairs at a Great price.

Plastic broken where the back and the lounge come together making it difficult to use or change positions. Happened to both chairs fairly quickly after I purchased last year, still stuggling with them because they are too expensive to replace :(

I was expecting woven plastic rattan on a steel frame as per description. not woven look molded plastic rattan on frame with molded plastic legs, back rest and back rest support. only time will tell if they will hold up in the Florida Sun!

These Keter chaise lounges are very comfortable - and a great price - I had bought the large Keter outdoor storage box earlier from Sam's Club and it is really a great product also
