This product offers the same overall composition of brand names at a fraction of the cost. I put this down on my yard according to the directions, and so far it has worked great. It has eliminated most of the spring weed growth and has provided my yard the necessary nitrogen and nutrients to help it green up and fill in before the heat of summer. I will put down another application about 6 to 8 weeks from the first before the heat of TX summer hits to ensure my yard stays full and green!!!

It has been a trial to give a better review. We have had non stop wind, plus we are experiencing a severe drought in the west, so watering has been a challenge. There are beautiful green growth in some areas but in other areas very little growth. NO weeds! so that is a great thing. Not too fond of the smell though. Overall I am pleased with this product.

This product works great for keeping the annoying weeds out of the yard. It arrived in the mail clean bag no holes! Product works just the same as Weed n Feed except better price! Directions are easily read on the back of the bag. But in case you dont read it...make sure you apply grass and make sure no rain is on thr way for 2 days! Day 3 water it if it does not rain!

Priced right and greens up the yard nicely but as far as killing weeds it falls short. I have been using weed and feed products for many years and I know how to apply them this one simply does not take out the weeds like it should. I will continue to buy because for the price you cannot by fertilizer for this price anywhere and will just hand spray for weeds using my backpack sprayer.

I like this product because it fertilizes and kills weeds. It does not harm the grass in my yard. Be sure to apply to a wet lawn. I like to mow before applying the product because I will see results the following day with deep green grass and weeds shriveling up.

Weed and Feed Lawn Fertilizer bag was very heavy. This product was a bit delayed in reviewing as you are not supposed to use if it's gonna rain or water is being used in the next days after applying. The bag covers a very large area. I will be excited to see the grass in 90 days. - as this product says works for that period of time. There is no obnoxious odor and is very easy to apply.

I was finally able to put this out, had to wait for the rain to move out then waited for the wind to calm down. It was easy to apply, I'm hoping to see results soon. Hope it gets rid of the weeds and greens up my lawn. Unable to post a pic but will edit my comments in a couple of weeks!

Weed and Feed is not something we normally purchase. This product was easy to spread and covered my entire front yard. It needs to be applied when the lawn is wet, so the product will stick to the weeds. Timing is everything. So far, I have not seen any tremendous results, but it is early.

Finally, an alternative to the ever so increasingly expensive Scott's fertilizers! This is exactly what is needed in the Midwest for those late spring and early summer weeds! If you have an acre, you're going to need three bags for your yard But will do the trick if you apply it when the lawn is slightly wet, but after a rain, so it does not wash away.

I have finally gotten the opportunity to apply the weed and feed to the lawn. We've had a wet spring, so it's been tough to find a day when there isn't rain in the forecast for the following day. The directions state you should not apply rain or water until the 3rd day. That being said, the product is just what I was expecting. It spread easily from my handheld disperser, and I can already tell a difference in the yard. Within a few days, I could see fewer weeds overall.
