We apply this in the spring and it keeps our grass looking great all year. The bag is large and plenty enough for our average sized lawn.

It really does provide a lot of coverage... a huge amount of space to help your yard! Note that it should be applied on wet grass so the perfect time to apply it is after it rains.

Very pleased with how well it greened up our yard as far as weed killing it has a lot to be desired it didn't effect the clover at all and barely stunted the Dandelions. For the price compared to the big brands I will continue to use it and backpack spray with 2-4-D on the weeds.

It can be applied about two days before anticipated rainfall or you can elect to water it in with your sprinkler. It goes into my spreader easily and it's evenly distributed throughout my grass with the spreader. Overall, time will tell how effective it is, but so far, I am pleased with the application process.

The directions are extremely specific and I tried to follow them but it rained the next day and I'm not sure if that affected the results. The directions also said to apply when the weeds are young, growing and covered in morning “dew”. I'm not sure how to tell if the weeds were young and I missed the morning dew, so had the sprinklers on before application. Either way, I didn't see a noticeable difference with this. I'm sure it did something, but don't get rid of all of the weeds. I'll assume I didn't apply it 100% as directed b cause it did rain the next day but I don't think I'll apply again. I'm not a big fan of putting these kinds of chemicals on my lawn too often and I don't think it did enough.

After a few weeks I found that my weeds were appearing worse but my grass was appearing greener and healthier. I like the fertilizer part of this feed but I don't believe the weed control to be effective thus far. Not sure I would buy it again. I will apply the second bag in the middle of summer and see what results I can achieve. I don't hate it, but there are better products out there.
