I applied this product 2 months ago exactly how and when it was recommended.  My yard looks substantially worse than last year. I'm the only house on my block with a terrible looking yard!!  Not to mention we spent over $200 on this product due to the size of a property.

Yard looks worse

I was hopeful, didn't have a lot of weeds, but after following instructions, watering and waiting a few weeks, the grass didn't green up and weeds appeared to have multiplied. In the back yard it seems the grass became scarce in areas.  I would not buy this again.

Weeds seemed worse

Honestly the very best we've used! After apply just days later we seen a significant difference on our lawn. After it being applied a month ago now my lawn is greener and fuller then its ever been. I water every other night for 15 mins and with this our lawn needs to be mowed twice a week ( guess that could be a downfall) even our neighbors said our lawn looks amazing. And another neighbor said our lawn was too green compared to theirs. My husband wont use anything else now!

Best we've used!!

My lawn responded great to the fertilizer.  It greened up quickly and has gotten thicker.  The only problem is the weeds are nowhere near under control.  

It was applied to the lawn on March 21.  We had some weeds popping up but the lawn was in good condition.  I'm writing this on 4/16 and i have healthy dandelions and other weeds growing strong.  Dandelions are one of the easiest weeds to kill.

Overall I would not recommend this product.  Waste of money.

Feed ok, NO Weed control

I purchased this because the price was right.  I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.  Well, So far it seems to kill the stuff that I don't want and everything that I do want is looking pretty good.  I have St. Augustine's grass that was in good shape already.  But since I could no longer afford the big name service company, I needed to do things for myself.  Of course, there is nothing that will kill every weed, but like I said earlier, so far I'm impressed.   I sure that I will buy it again because it's working well and is a lot cheaper than the brands that we normally see advertised that we do ourselves.  I put it down the first week of March and as of today no new weeds to report and we've had lots of rain in our area.  If Sam's still has some of this available in May, then I might buy some more to put down the beginning of June or I might buy a summertime formula.
