It also attracts spiders bc of all the bugs its caught. I always fond webs nearby and then im able to get ride of them too. The bkue light gives an ambiance to the area. I have one in my bathroom kitchen and living room .

I always joke that insects have the entire outdoors but love to come into our house, especially in the summer. As someone who always has fruit on the counter, the number of fruit flies quadruples in the summer. I didn’t even realize how many insects were caught until I took a peak at the trap! This little device is awesome! The light attracts the flying insects and the sticky sheet traps them. It’s silent, zero chemicals or odor, you don’t even know it’s there. Safe for pets and children, too! It’s awesome!

It is easy to assemble and love the night light affect. The blue light attracted insects that I didn’t even know were in my house. This will be a definite addition to our home! It’s actually very mind blowing how many bugs are on it. There are no sprays, no smell, or messy traps sitting out or something you gotta worry about getting on you. This has been a lifesaver in my bathroom to get those gnats that seem to appear out of nowhere. The price is a bit on the expensive side but it’s worth it.

It is so easy to set up and it’s so quiet and catches flies without any smell or strong odor. Simple and easy to keen my home bugs free . Occasionally we end up with gnats (probably from those pesky bananas on the counter) and this truly does the trick. It’s easy to use straight out of the box. Pull off the adhesive cover and plug it right into the outlet of your choice. The light itself is pretty bright so this can also double as a nightlight if you have a corner of your kitchen that’s a little darker. This doesn’t make any noise and it’s easy to swap out the sticky trap by sliding it out and repeating the installation for the next trap. We quickly caught a few gnats and hopeful this will keep them from returning as well!

It is completey quit because it uses a sort of purple light to attract the bugs. I love that I don't have to get my hands dirty or sticky when it's time to change the cartridge. Just simply pull it off and toss! The reason I am giving this product 4 stars is because it does operate better in complete darkness to effectively trap flying insects. We leave a light on in our kitchen at night so this had to be shut off for this product to be most effective.
