The light also acts like a nightlight. The refills are easy to replace so it’s low maintenance. There is no gummy or noise that it makes. High quality materials.

I was so excited to get this product to review, especially since I had a ton of fruit flies in my kitchen. This took forever to even attract one fruit fly. I would say it was plugged in about a week. I relocated it twice as the package says to put it next to where you are getting the most bugs. I'm within that one week. I caught two. There was fruit flies right next to it and they were not being attracted by the device. I would say after about 4 or 5 weeks you could see in the second photo that it finally started catching but probably made a 50% difference. If you can I would get a traditional bug. Zapper or even homemade dish soap fruit fly trapper get the same results.

Next thing you know the gnats start appearing. This helps get me back to square one with a clean space again! Easy to use and compact!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every summer we have an ongoing problem with fruit flies, gnats and even larger flying insects that find their way indoors. In the past we have tried several home remedies to try and get rid of them, including bowls of vinegar and dish soap which did nothing. I have also tried a freestanding fan/light that claimed to trap insects, but the light wasn’t very bright and didn’t do much. The Zevo trap is incredibly easy to set up, and started working within a few hours. The blue light is extremely bright which is important for attracting the bugs, and the trap is very easy and affordable to replace. I have already ordered two more for other areas of the house, if that says anything for how much I like this!
