Replacing the insert is just as easy. I have had this plugged in right by my back door for about 2 weeks and it has collected the bus that cone in. The blue UV light is not to bright that it would interrupt a dark house it does work as a small nightlight. So far this product has worked well, it has not collected to many pests so it's still very sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly impressed with how well this Zevo Flying Insect Trap is working. I've been struggling with tiny little flies in my kitchen. I had been using a different brand similar to this that just didn't seem to attract them. This however has a brighter blue light that is attracting more than I knew was flying around. The front shield is large enough that you don't see anything until you need to change the inner sticky part. A plastic piece pulls out and you simply replace with a new sticky and slide it back in. It takes seconds to do and I don't get any of the sticky stuff on me. I really like that the unit turns after plugging in so it will virtually fit anywhere. It doesn't make any noise and I've not noticed any unpleasant odors coming from it. A great addition to my kitchen!

This is safe to use around my animals and my grandson. The sticky inside is replaceable so when it gets full all you have to do is pop it out and stick a clean one back inside.
