It is way more solid, has a more high quality stick board, and is more ascetically pleasing. It is also much larger and traps more bugs. I also like that it doubles as a night light. No more fruit flies!

Assembly is as simple as it gets, just pop the cartridge in and plug it into the wall. It's not a repellent so it won't stop bugs from entering, but the UV and blue light draws them in and traps them around the clock and you can actually see it catching things within the first few days. No noise, no chemicals, no smell, which is a big plus especially with pets around. The cartridge swap is mess free since you never have to touch what's on it. Coverage is solid for a single room but one unit won't handle a whole house, so place it close to wherever the problem actually is. The blue light is pretty bright, so keep it out of bedrooms, but the design is clean and low profile enough that it doesn't look out of place anywhere else. Works best on gnats and fruit flies rather than larger house flies, but for what I needed it for it gets the job done.

This product came quickly, and at the perfect time. It was very easy to install… took about 2 minutes tops! And the light is actually a pretty color ! I will be buying my replacements ! It already has shown us it’s effective.
